Back in 1995 I was fresh out of college and spending my summer travelling around from town to town checking out the local street scene. At the time I had a beautiful nice 1966 Chevelle. From the surface she looked beautiful stock and plain Jane, and that is how I liked it.

Chevy Chevelle’s For Sale

I attempted to keep the automobile as low key as possible. Unlike most individuals I didn’t wish to put fancy Super Sport badges on my automobile or promote that there was anything other than a little block concealing under my hood. My Chevelle which i bought in Thorndale PA 19372 had no flashy rims or wide meats protruding of the back wheel wells, simply the stock looking rims and a set of Mickey Thompson cheater slicks that may just give a hint to what this vehicle depended on.
If you were to look inside of my 66 Chevelle you really would not believe much of it simply a clean stock looking black interior with a Hurst 4 speed and 3 low key evaluates installed under the dash. Under the hood of my car is where this vehicle really shined. Nothing fancy hiding under there just a clean stock looking big block Chevy with painted valve covers and a stock looking air filter sporting a 325 horse power 396 cubic inch sticker label. If you just happened to talk me into lifting the hood for you this is where I had you. Due to the fact that tucked underneath that stock looking air filter with the 325 horse power sticker was a very stout 427 cubic inch big block Chevy. You can find a Chevelle Like Mine In Thorndale PA 19372.
It was this low key appearance that hooked them, then it was up to me to reel them in. I remember my friends and I cruised up and down lots of a main street that summer. We would travelled my Chevelle up and down the local strips mainly simply idling her through, never truly revving her up or getting on it. Simply a low key Chevelle attempting not to accentuate ourselves so that we could set our trap.
Lots of a man stepped into the trap that we set that summer, always believing that they were taking on a mostly stock car. Kid were they incorrect. I did not win every race that summertime, but by the time fall rolled around my little low key 66 Chevelle had quite a name for itself and acquired the respect that it should have.

Throughout the 1960s and in the early 1970s, there was a good deal of range for each design year of the Chevelle for sale available to consumers. This was the first time the American automobile market had actually seen a model that attempted to be all things to all people. There were convertibles, economy-oriented sedans, station wagons geared for the households, and obviously, the muscled coupes. The Chevelle for sale was likewise readily available through special nameplates throughout the years, such as Wanderer, Nomad Customized, Greenbrier, Concours Estate, and Concours.
